Once your items leave us USPS takes over. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages due to the post. If damaged, stolen or lost due to the post you will need to contact your local post office and file a claim with them.
USPS may still be having some delays on their end due to COVID and being overwhelmed during the holidays with first class and priority this unfortunately is out of our control and controlled by the post. We will however ship your package out quickly and email you tracking once it is shipped so you can follow it. We do not guarantee any delivery dates that is all controlled by USPS post. You need to reach out to the post for details on delayed shipments as we can not answer for the post or guarantee any dates.
For Damages that occur during shipping. If an item arrives broken. Keep the shipping box and all items contained in it. We will need you to take detailed pictures.
***We are shipping as normal and taking extra measures to make sure all our plants are safe to ship out to your homes. USPS is running SLOW (up to 15 days slow) on some first class mail. USPS has stated this on their website, phone and the news. Standard Mail is first class mail in our shop. USPS PRIORITY is running pretty normal and quick on avg 2-5 days. You can choose priority at check out to help your package get to you quicker and we will ship it priority mail***********
!*******ATTENTION COLD CLIMATES AREAS During winter add a heat pack to your order to protect it during shipping. They work for 40+ hours and will keep your plants nice and cozy during their travels. Also connect with your postal worker to make sure they DO NOT leave your package outside in the cold if you are not home. We are not responsible for any packages left out in the cold when shipping to a colder climate in the winter. The plants ship just fine during winter. However if you know your climate is especially cold and your postal worker leaves packages outside take precautions to protect your new little guys on their journey to you. If left outside by your postal worker they risk freezing and dying. Link for warmers

All orders containing plants will be shipped via USPS. All other orders will be shipped at our discretion through USPS, FedEx or UPS. You will receive a confirmation number from us via email at the time of shipment.

We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase but please contact us if there is a problem. . We are happy to send more photos prior to purchase. Please ask questions and read carefully as the features of each item are clearly identified.

For US Orders:
All returns must be in their original condition with all tags attached, if applicable. To process a return, message us within 48 hours of your delivery with the details of the item or items you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please wait for an email confirmation and instructions from us prior to returning the items.
Plants purchased from us should arrive to you in good, healthy condition with care instructions. We cannot be liable for plants once they are in your care and cannot offer returns for them. If you have any questions about how to properly care for your plant, please do not hesitate to message us.
Please remember that glass is fragile. Take care when setting it down or cleaning it. If you’ve filled your glass with sand or other heavy objects, always pick it up from the bottom to minimize risk of breakage.
We make every effort to make sure that your item arrives to you in perfect condition. If damage does occur, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery. Please keep the original item and all packing material.
Items must be returned to us in the same condition they left us.
