Do I need a resale certificate to order wholesale?

Only if you are located within Florida. If you are not in Florida we do not need one. If you are in Florida you can email us a copy of your resale certificate to Sales@TwistedAcresOnline.com
How does the wholesale ordering process work

Add what you want to your cart. Once you order equals 75$ you can submit your order. 75$ is our minimum to qualify you for wholesale. Once you submit your order we get an email that your order has been submitted. We then go over your order make sure all is in stock. We will then calculate shipping for your order. Once all that is done we will email you an invoice for your items in stock and shipping charges. Once your invoice is paid we will get your order ready to ship and email you tracking as soon as it ships. We mainly ship USPS priority. Wholesale is open Monday-Friday. Hours and days of operation may change around holidays.
I want to order less than 75$. I don't think I am interested in Wholesale.

Due to most recent inflation and supply chain issues glass will not be available on wholesale at this time. We do offer shells on wholesale message us to see what is available and prices at this time.
Can I come buy wholesale at your location?

No. We are only set up for retail at this time. You can order online. Let us know you want to pick it up and we will let you know the procedures for local pick up of your order once placed online.
Is shipping free on wholesale?

No. On wholesale these are our rock bottom prices on items and shipping charges are not rolled into the product price here. Shipping will be calculated once your order is placed and added to your invoice. If you would like free shipping visit our retail shop at TwistedAcresOnline.com. There we offer free shipping once your order reaches 35$. Remember retail prices for products will be higher.
